Important Point to Note

I am an amateur photographer. I do not seek to make a profit from the photographs I take and print. Charges made are to cover my time, expenses and consumables. I do not have any insurance covering failure of any equipment which may result in delays or even total loss of any pictures I have or have attempted to take and/or print. I am not covered against any costs you may incur in the taking or attempted taking of pictures. If you are uncomfortable with this situation, then please seek the services of a professional photographer instead as I am unable to entertain any claims for compensation of any sort.

Other Points to Note

1. I retain copyright in all images. Copyright can be transferred for an agreed fee. If you would like to take over the copyright in an image or number of images, please Contact Me to discuss.

2. I retain source files and processed images of all my work on my own personal computing equipment and make security copies of these files to try and mitigate against the risks of equipment failure. However I make no guarantee whatsoever that I will be able to access such images or re-provide them following the completion of the original commission. If you require to retain the images for future use, then I would recommend that you purchase a copy of the images from me on CD or DVD.
